DOE p/h Umbrella A local authority client in the South East of England is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer specializing in Food Safety to join their team for 6 months, with a likelihood of extension. The majority of the work will involve: Enforcement of food safety (including hygiene and standards) and health and safety legislation in primarily higher risk food businesses. Investigation of complaints and foodborne illnesses. Supporting food businesses to improve. Completing inspection reports. Establishing and allocating food hygiene ratings.
