DOE p/h Umbrella A local authority client of mine, based in the North West of England, is seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer specialising in Food Safety to join their team for 6 months with a likelihood of extension. The majority of the work will be primarily to undertake food safety and standards inspections, re-visits, identify where enforcement action is required, and escalate where necessary to existing staff. The successful candidate will also be expected to complete inspection reports, establish and allocate food hygiene ratings, and prepare schedules of work for food business operators. This role offers very flexible working patterns on a hybrid basis. Important:
