£30-35 p/h Umbrella A local authority client of mine in the North West of England is seeking an experienced Environmental Protection Officer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with the potential for extension. The majority of the work will involve advising on potential adverse effects due to environmental pollution, including contaminated land, acoustics/noise, air quality, and the prevention of statutory nuisance (e.g., dust, odour, etc.). The role will also assist with general environmental protection duties, including commercial nuisance and regulating noise from transport and building construction sites. Important:
