Experience leading, training, and managing a team, developing and motivating a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery. Customer service and/or guest satisfaction experience in healthcare or hospitality. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently to drive program success. Ability to monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion. Experience effectively managing projects within agreed-upon timelines. Results and safety-driven. Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience:
2 years. Minimum Functional Experience:
2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services.
