Job Summary: E&P Engineering Manager (CEM+) 12 month initial contract. Up to 5 years possible. Key Skills Required for this Role: E&P Engineering Manager CEM Rail. Important: E&P LV HV Rail. Role Overview: Highly experienced CEM/Engineering Manager required to manage the E&P program for a large tier 1 contractor. The ideal candidate will have worked as a CEM on multiple E&P Railway projects and is capable of managing the full program of construction work and handling an element of design management. You would need experience in LV, HV, E&P, and M&E projects, managing resources and all aspects of the project. This is a step above the usual CEM role, requiring a proven track record of managing complex E&P rail projects.
