The successful candidate will have a strong patient focus and be able to lead a service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a nurse with a good knowledge of epilepsy to join the Wessex Neurological Centre as an Epilepsy Nurse Specialist for Adults. Based at Portsmouth University Hospital (Queen Alexandra), the post holder will work closely with the teams both at PHU and University Hospital Southampton. The post holder will lead the service on the PHU site. They will be a key point of contact for patients living with epilepsy, offering information, advice, and support. They will support patients with their medical management and also those undergoing surgical treatments. They will act as an expert resource for other healthcare professionals and community services. £46,148 to £52,809 a year Per Annum (PA) Pro Rata Contract
