We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). Main duties of the job

We are seeking 2 EPR Pharmacy EPMA Leads to work in conjunction with the EPR Chief Information Officer and other members of the Pharmacy EPR Team to design, build and test the pharmacy component and interconnected modules of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR). This is a project-based operational post and the post holder would be expected to work on their own initiative within guidelines and directions from the EPR Chief Information Officer and to supervise other members of the EPR Pharmacy Team. To be involved in the 'define, scope, manage and deliver' of the Norfolk & Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (N& WAHC) EPR programme Pharmacy Design Build & Test project, using defined industry standard methodologies and best practice. They will support the planning of all work related to each Meditech 'sprint' and monitor progress against plan. Using structured methodologies, the post holder will deliver project and business change management and support to the Programme Governance Groups, ensuring the delivery of the required products to the standard and quality described. Essential

Qualified pharmacist registered with GPhC. Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent. Experience

Significant experience as a clinical pharmacist. Experience and specialist knowledge of developing and implementing service change at Trust level. Skills
