Job Title :Software Product Development Manager (Hands-on)

Overview

:

We are seeking a hands-on Software Product Development Manager with strong technical background and good leadership experience to manage an ERP and CRM products. This role involves leading a team while actively participating in the development process, leveraging .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, TDD, Continuous Integration, and coaching and mentoring team members in a SCRUM Agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and actively participate in the development, design, and deployment of ERP and CRM solutions tailored to the print & publications industry using .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, and TDD principles within a SCRUM Agile framework.

Manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and hands-on assistance in the development process within Agile methodologies.

Implement and oversee Continuous Integration practices for seamless development workflow within Agile sprints.

Collaborate closely with our global team members and ensure alignment with business objectives for both ERP and CRM solutions.

Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and robust solutions within the ERP and CRM systems.

Enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment while maintaining high-quality standards within the development team in Agile environments.

Actively participate in coding, problem-solving, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Mentor and develop the technical skills of team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the team’s skill set and overall productivity.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure timely and successful project delivery working closely with our global team members.

Requirements

:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on ERP and CRM systems.

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing and leading a development team in a SCRUM Agile environment.

Extensive expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration within SCRUM Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of successfully leading development.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional global teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders within Agile processes with focus on customer success.

Coaching and mentoring abilities to develop team members and foster a positive work environment within Agile iterations.

Problem-solving & customer first attitude and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Certifications in relevant technologies like AWS Certified Developer.

Previous hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems within SCRUM Agile environments.

Strong Knowledge of SQL & Database concepts and tools.
