Main duties & Responsibilities
Sell capital dental equipment and associated services to prospective customers, delivering a unique and superior customer experience. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions, ensuring that they meet both the client and company needs. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and targets, recording all activity on the company CRM. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and conferences. Provide pre & post-sales technical assistance, product education and training. Project manage and oversee the installation of customers’ surgeries when necessary. Work alongside Sales Consultants to develop and grow your territory and create technical presentations to demonstrate how a product or service meets client needs.
