This role will support our R&D and Production operations by leading the team responsible for maximising uptime and performance of critical process equipment, facilities infrastructure, and specialist building services. To project manage Paragraf's facility scale-up plans, including new process equipment and infrastructure projects. Tackle both hard and soft facilities management challenges that arise across Paragraf's sites. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians to ensure Paragraf's equipment and facilities are installed and operating with best-in-class performance, consistency, and quality. Oversee all hard and soft facilities management across Paragraf's sites. Deliver a robust programme of planned preventative maintenance of critical equipment including material deposition, processing, and test equipment. Implement and manage robust equipment monitoring processes, using data-driven decision making to drive optimum equipment performance and reliability. Drive continuous improvement through analysis of performance and implementation of upgraded equipment and/or processes to drive up key operational metrics. Manage the implementation of new equipment as Paragraf expands capacity and capability, liaising with equipment manufacturers and support partners. Lead the delivery of facility services ensuring grounds, buildings and people spaces are maintained to the highest standard. Maintain safe working practices, including the implementation of safe systems of work and full legislative compliance. Manage and grow the emergency response team, acting as the main point of contact in emergency scenarios. Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

Degree qualified in a relevant technical/engineering discipline. Chartered Engineer advantageous. IWFM Level 4 Facilities Management certificate would be advantageous. NEBOSH / IOSH H&S Management certificate would be advantageous. Experience:

Significant experience of working at a similar level within a high-technology manufacturing or research and development environment. Detailed working knowledge of semiconductor cleanroom facilities and the associated systems. Experience of building teams and training staff in technically challenging processes. Experience managing an emergency response team would be advantageous. Skills and Knowledge:

Knowledgeable in hard facilities management, specifically in the infrastructure supporting semiconductor processing environments. Able to continuously improve Operational Equipment Effectiveness by analysing performance and implementing effective preventative maintenance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Tenacious, hands-on approach to tasks & problem solving. Benefits
