As an Equipment Maintenance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our equipment and vehicle servicing workshop.

Your responsibilities will include: Accurately maintain and update servicing records, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are serviced in a timely manner. Coordinate the recall process and manage defect reports, ensuring timely resolution. Keep all stakeholders informed about upcoming servicing and MOT schedules to minimize downtime. Generate work packs and work orders for equipment and vehicle servicing, ensuring that all necessary information is included. Collaborate with internal and external vendors to source and order required parts and services for servicing operations. SAP & Maximo Experience: Utilize your expertise in SAP and Maximo to efficiently manage and track workshop administration tasks. Qualifications: Previous workshop administration experience, with a proven track record of effectively managing equipment and vehicle servicing data. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and Maximo. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
