We are seeking to recruit a Fixed terms team member in our Equipment Service based at our Elland Loan store. The successful post holder will provide an administrator service in a busy office environment, dealing with service users, family members, and other professionals from across a wide range of health and social care professionals. Summary of the role: To assist with the day-to-day operational administration of the Equipment service. To ensure service delivery and staff information is managed effectively and that all databases are kept up to date. Use of our asset and client record management system to update records and schedule deliveries for the technical and driving teams. Answering phone call and email queries from service users. Working with the management team to highlight issues. Updating of any relevant databases. Working for our organisation

Key Responsibilities: Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times. Using the electronic Asset and client record management system. Assisting with the scheduling of deliveries. To provide administration support to the Equipment service. Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner. To carry out general office duties such as data-entry, photocopying, laminating, scanning and shredding. To support the teams to maintain accurate records. Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with the line manager(s). To maintain the filing system, including e-filing, for the departments. Deal with incoming/outgoing mail/email for the departments. Be able to input/extract data, using relevant electronic software. Person specification
