development and delivery
of our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) objectives. This is a remote role, predominantly working from home with requirements to travel to services across England and Scotland, as well as attend face-to-face events. operational
issues to ensure treatment accessibility, and
people and culture
issues to promote a diverse and inclusive organisation. Act as an
expert advisor
on embedding EDI principles across all organisational areas, providing guidance to staff, volunteers, service users, and stakeholders. Develop and write strategic EDI plans, researching, delivering, and monitoring action plans in collaboration with senior management and specialist working groups. About you
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will: Be a self-starter, capable of working collaboratively within a multi-functional team. Understand the benefits of equity of access to healthcare and the needs of underrepresented groups. Have experience developing and delivering EDI strategies and processes. Be able to interpret data and communicate insights effectively. Present to various audience sizes, both remotely and in-person. Salary of £43,500 plus potential yearly performance-related pay of 8.5%.
