Are you passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion? A prestigious international law firm, is seeking a strategic and driven ED&I Project Manager to lead key diversity initiatives within the UK. Reporting to the Director of HR and working closely with the ED&I Board, this senior role offers the opportunity to shape and implement the firm's Gender and Race Action Plans over the next 12 months. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how law firms operate, work confidently with partners, and drive strategy-focused projects to completion. This role provides a high degree of autonomy, with support from the HR Director, who values proactive leadership and informed guidance. The ED&I Manager will be a key collaborator, with the successful candidate offering direction and upskilling where needed. While the focus is on the UK, there is close alignment with international teams across the Middle East and Asia.

As an ED&I Project Manager, responsibilities include: Lead the execution of the Gender Action Plan, ensuring measurable progress. Drive the Race Action Plan recommendations, integrating them into the firm's ED&I strategy. Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to influence policy and drive change. Monitor progress, provide data-driven insights, and report to key stakeholders. Work closely with L&D teams to support newly promoted partners. Develop guidelines for partnership and equity transition processes. Oversee action groups supporting employee re-integration plans. Create metrics to evaluate ED&I initiative effectiveness and impact. For the ED&I Project Manager role, the ideal candidate will have: Proven ED&I experience within a professional services or legal environment. A strategic mindset, able to influence senior stakeholders and drive initiatives. A strong understanding of gender equity and workplace inclusivity challenges. The ability to analyse data, track progress, and measure impact. Experience designing and delivering inclusive leadership training. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
