to lead with impact and drive excellence in Employee Relations. Reporting to the Head of People Services, you'll oversee and enhance ER operations, from core administration to TUPE processes and complex cases. This role is all about making a difference – delivering quality service, minimizing risk, and continuously improving the employee experience. About the Role: As the ER Services Manager, you’ll be pivotal in shaping a team that works collaboratively, acts with intent, and creates an environment where every individual can succeed in their own way. You'll align the ER team with Sodexo’s UK&I Regional Roadmap and HR Business Plan, ensuring operational excellence while fostering a sense of belonging and purpose across the team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a responsive and people-focused ER service aligned with policies and legislation. Support complex cases, restructures, and large-scale change programs with a pragmatic and thoughtful approach. Ensure ER services reflect our commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and acting with purpose. Champion process enhancements that empower teams and create lasting, positive impacts for employees. About You: We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to take the reins of our ER services. You’ll have a proven track record in managing Employee Relations in complex, fast-paced environments, with a deep understanding of employment legislation, TUPE processes, unionised settings, and organisational change. More than technical expertise, we’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and knows how to inspire and empower a team. Your leadership style will be rooted in fostering belonging, acting decisively with purpose, and creating an environment where individuals can achieve their best. With exceptional communication and decision-making skills, you’ll approach challenges pragmatically, balancing strategic insight with a hands-on approach when necessary. A skilled analytical person, you’ll bring a sharp eye for process improvement and a commitment to delivering measurable results. Proficiency in HR systems like SAP HR or case management platforms, coupled with strong Microsoft Office skills, will set you up for success in this role. Ultimately, we’re looking for a leader who is as passionate about enhancing employee experiences as they are about achieving operational excellence – someone ready to shape the future of Employee Relations at Sodexo.
