Bodyshop Technician (Teacher Training)
Derby £30,000 - £32,000 + Off The Tools Role + Funded Training Qualifications + Pay Progression + Company Benefits + 33 Days Holiday Do you have your Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, and want the opportunity to come off the tools into a Trainer role, where you'll inspire and support apprentices to reach their full potential? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an independent training provider working with prestigious automotive brands like Toyota, where you'll play a pivotal role in building the skills and expertise of future technicians, alongside working towards your own teaching qualification. You'll work with groups of apprentices to support them with a mixture of practical and theory-based learning, ensuring they're equipped to progress through their training. Full teacher training is provided, so this is an excellent opportunity to come off the tools into a unique role. This role would suit a Qualified Bodyshop Technician or similar looking to come off the tools and progress within a company that truly cares about its employees' development. The Role: Delivery of Technical Bodyshop / Panel Training Completing curriculum both virtually and in person.
