Finance Controller (Storage) Equity Ownership Option Newport (Onsite) £45,000 to £55,000 + Equity Options + Pension + 22 Holiday Days + Company Benefits Are you a Finance Controller who wants to earn equity in a business and be an integral cog of the leadership team and decision making for the continued success of the business? On offer is the opportunity to join this entrepreneurial, fast growing business that is a leader in its sector, has been operating for over 20 years and increased their sites by over 25% in the last couple of years and will be offering the opportunity to become an equity shareholder in the business. In this role you will control the full finance function, managing and leading 3 accountants, manage the full P&L including the management accounts, month end reporting, oversee the control of assets and cash management for the full business, while assisting the Managing Director assess future growth opportunities. THE ROLE: Oversee the P&L Prepare Management Accounting and Month End reports Manage and lead 2 accountants Report into and assist the Managing Director THE PERSON: AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACA or ACCA part qualified or qualified Managed the P&L and hands on financials Team Management Passion to drive performance of the business Commutable to Newport Reference Number:
