Master Technician (Luxury Vehicles) £50,000 - £60,000 OTE £65,000 - £70,000 + Pay and Role Progression + Internal and External Training + Bonus Scheme + High End Facilities + Award Winning Employer Chelmsford Are you a Master Technician, looking for a role within an award winning employer who provides an excellent remuneration package and a wide range of luxury vehicles to work on? Handling a range of exceptional vehicles from Lamborghini to Bentley, they are rapidly growing their professional team to continue their excellent work. This role will see the successful candidate complete a wide range of tasks, including mechanical repairs, electrical fault finding, installing accessories, and repairing bodywork. The right individual for the role will demonstrate comprehensive written and verbal communication skills to update internal and external stakeholders as well as accurately complete documentation. The Role: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with 1 in 4 Saturdays Conduct a range of comprehensive assessments on a diverse range of vehicles Identify and report visual defects and abnormal driving behaviours Perform high-quality repairs to ensure vehicles are retail-ready Install accessories and components as specified by the sales team Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used for warranty compliance Utilise a range of diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose faults and recommend effective repair solutions Ensure workshop equipment is well maintained by following maintenance schedules and promptly reporting any issues The Person: IMI Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Automotive Studies for Master Technicians Proven experience in a similar position Job Reference: BBBH17181 If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
