In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for operating and developing programs for new assemblies using their internal software, specifically for robotic welding machinery. Additionally, the position requires significant hands-on engagement on the factory floor, where you will collaborate with operators during product builds to enhance your understanding of the product range. This role is ideal for an engineer with programming experience who is looking to transition into a new industry. The company offers an excellent work-life balance, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and an early finish on Fridays.
