What You Will Do: Manage and refine Tableau Programme Metrics dashboards with a strict monthly cadence, including benchmark analysis, trend analysis, and the creation of KPIs. Enhance data reporting by continually refining and enhancing Tableau Dashboards. Analyse complex data and create appropriate reports and visualisations to support discussions at all levels of the business. Manage own priorities and work independently, taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining positivity and resilience. Ensure the meticulous management of data and resource tools and systems. What You Will Bring: Proven Data Analytics experience with strong IT skills or equivalent experience. Ability to analyse complex data and create impactful reports and visualisations. Experience working in a cloud environment, e.g., GCP Python programming experience. Experience of change management or driving process improvement. A Degree in a technical field (e.g., IT, Engineering, or a Science subject). This role plays a pivotal part in managing the biggest asset of the company - its resources.
