Your responsibilities The ERP (Infor) Administrator will be responsible for in-business process design, analyze requirements, and arrive at functional solutions (Blueprint) for business processes. Keep abreast of current and emerging IT technologies and trends and assist in the selection of robust and appropriate technologies. Ensure and maintain a quality service by establishing and enforcing IT organization standards based on global IT strategy. Assist in the successful execution of key global IT projects. Own Helpdesk entries relating to Infor, prioritizing entries, and providing resolution to end user within departmental KPIs. Perform basic administrative tasks and monitoring on Infor infrastructure, storage, patch levels to ensure availability of systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Infor client and associated tools. Develop Infor practice solutions and methodologies. Update and manage Infor system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions. Provide procedures and reports to identify and support via Infor provider. Hardware and User support. User on and off boarding. Maintain technical documentation and change records for audit purposes. License management. User role assignment. Help departments to produce internal reports. Month and Year end processes. Skills and Attributes: - Experience of supporting/troubleshooting in a Helpdesk environment. Able to work under pressure, both alone and as part of a team and prioritize tasks accordingly. Good communication skills and able to communicate at all corporate levels on the telephone and in person. Have an IT based qualification (preferable). Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Dynamics). Experience in creating reports using Crystal, Symtrax, Jasper etc. Ability to understand new software / systems quickly. Analytical, logical and accurate mind with good communication skills.
