£55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits About the Role: Stanton House are working with a Real Estate business who are on the look out for an experienced and driven Process Improvement Lead to join their dynamic team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement strategic process improvements across our operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvement initiatives across various business functions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized workflows. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of process improvements. Use data-driven insights and industry best practices to recommend and execute operational improvements. Monitor and measure the success of process changes, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver tangible benefits. Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and compliance. Provide training and guidance to teams to ensure ongoing process adherence and improvement culture. Work closely with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic priorities. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a process improvement or operational excellence role. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in change management and the ability to drive cultural change within an organization. Proficiency in process mapping and improvement tools (eg, Visio, Power BI, or similar). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
