With a strong foundation in NetSuite implementations and over 10 years of ERP experience, you’ll play a vital role in redefining how this company works and delivers real results.
What You’ll Do as ERP Project Manager: Plan and Strategize : Conduct detailed process analyses, map current and future workflows, and develop clear objectives and strategies. Lead and Manage : Build and oversee cross-functional teams, ensure stakeholders are aligned, and act as the bridge between leadership and the implementation partner. Deliver Excellence : Validate system readiness, oversee data migration, and drive testing and user training to ensure a seamless go-live. Drive Change : Implement change management strategies to engage teams, address challenges, and embed new processes successfully. What You’ll Bring: A proven track record in ERP Project Management with specific expertise in NetSuite. Outstanding skills in process analysis, system integration, and stakeholder management. The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results on time and within budget. A collaborative approach, with excellent communication skills to influence and engage at all levels.
