Key Responsibilities
Designing and facilitating workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and aspirations. Articulate process, system and data requirements, documenting accurately to ensure all requirements are valid and traceable. Assist in reaching the correct business decisions needed for the end-to-end business process. Work closely with the internal IFS functional leads and IFS functional consultants for each business area, and map the business process using 2c8 modelling tool. Develop and maintain process models using the 2c8 modelling tool, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business requirements. Present findings clearly and concisely both written and verbally with use of a RACI chart for all business processes and departments. Manage stakeholders and build good relationships to enable the success of the project and to develop a robust business system with domain knowledge that can be shared across the team. Skills, Competencies & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP upgrades or implementations. Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to all levels of the business. Proficiency in business process mapping and modelling, using industry standard tools (2c8, Visio, ARIS). Experience in creating RACI charts for all business processes. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, including modules for HCM, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, FSM and EAM. Strong relationship building skills across a diverse range of stakeholders. Ability to self-manage, being proactive and disciplined in delivering work commitments on time and to a high standard. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and critically evaluate problem statements and documentation.
