Principal Duties and Accountabilities

Essential Application Management : Oversee the maintenance and support of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ensuring it meets the Financial and Commercial needs of the business. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. System Configuration and Customisation : Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or equivalent systems to meet business needs. Develop and implement solutions that enhance system functionality. User Support and Training : Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of applications. Address user issues promptly and develop training materials as needed. Managing Release Cycles : Communicate key changes via release notes, set up the testing environment, and coordinate testing activities. Desirable Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations. Data Management : Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of data within application systems. Oversee data migration and integration processes. Compliance and Security : Ensure applications comply with industry standards and regulations. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and application systems. Skills

Essential Proven experience using

at least one of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle, SAP, SAGE, COINS. Strong understanding of

application lifecycle management , including implementation, maintenance, and support. Excellent

problem-solving

and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Desirable Innovation: Explore and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve application management practices. Knowledge of data management principles and best practices. Keen interest in Business Intelligence, building dashboards and management reports. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent application systems. Proven track record of successful application management and project delivery.
