Alongside our Traditional Classroom Training/Coaching, we also deliver our services outside in the fresh air in line with our wellbeing beliefs. = 9:00AM to 5.00PM Salary Range:

with an excellent personality, good organizational skills & sound IT skills to support/teach/coach our Esol & Pre-Entry, IT, Basic Skills & Employability Candidates. You will be based at our comfortable Training Site in Luton (Upper George Street). Previous experience (within the ESOL environment) would be desirable; however, the right person with the right attitude is more important! The ideal applicant must have the

desire to help and support our Learners whilst working within our small but vibrant teams. You will be looking after groups of individuals within a target orientated environment, whilst being supported by your manager and team members. You must have : the ability and experience of: Teamwork/Flexibility/Accomplishment/Targets/Training/Coaching and Solid Organizational Admin Skills with Excellent Customer Service/Motivational/Confidence and most importantly, be a nice person! The successful applicant will be expected to work towards the company targets determined by the requirements of our external contracts and the CIF. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also have experience in the design and delivery of training to our

adult candidates, the ability to communicate well with customers of all levels and ethnic backgrounds whilst holding an awareness & understanding of the workings of the UK job market. Please note:
