Are you passionate about supporting students who do not have English as their first language and helping them to achieve their aspirations? Our Additional Learning Support team has an opportunity for you to help shape the future for these learners by providing academic and pastoral support for our ESOL students. As part of the Additional Learning Support team, you will support students within a classroom environment, referring them to other members of the teams for more bespoke support or assessment for exam access arrangements. You will also liaise closely with the Mental Health and Wellbeing team to advise on appropriate mental health and/or wellbeing support available to them and helping them to access this, or to signpost to any outside agencies as required. Please be aware the college will be closed from 20th December to the 5th January. We will be unable to respond to any queries and you will not receive any updates about your application during this period.
