Job Introduction
Landmarc, a world leading provider of integrated support services to the military, is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Establishment Manager to lead operations at Garelochhead Training Camp.

Main Responsibility
Manage site services and a multi-disciplinary team to meet operational goals Ensure facilities meet contractual requirements and customer needs Lead and support your team, responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping. Ensure all site resources and staff comply with Training Estate Support Contract (TESC) standards. Management of local reactive and preventative maintenance ensuring performance measures are met. Ability to implement change and utilise technological innovations Oversee hard and soft facilities management, ensuring smooth operations Have up to date knowledge and implement health and safety regulations, including COSHH and IOSH Managing Safely. Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with industry standards The Ideal Candidate
Holds a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HND) in Business or People Management or equivalent, with proven leadership experience Excellent people management and team leadership skills Understanding of managing budgets and resources effectively Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and risk assessment Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders A valid UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required Package Description Landmarc will provide you with a competitive salary; in addition to this, we also offer the following main benefits, amongst many others: Pension:
