Role Overview
Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation, and listing of residential property? Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position? If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder, we would like to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings. In other words, we are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, whether it is right in front of them or on the horizon. Minimum Requirements
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential. Remuneration
Basic salary up to GBP25,000 plus GBP3,000 car allowance or company car, with on-target earnings of GBP45,000 to GBP55,000.
