Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager Offered with 3% office commission plus 10% commission on personal bankings plus a 5% bonus on hitting quarterly targets and paid quarterly. 1 Saturday off per month. You will have a team of 2 Sales Negotiators. Role Overview Having seen a significant improvement in trading conditions with increased levels of new business across the board, as one of the town's market-leading Estate Agents, they are now looking to expand on their existing talent of Top Class property professionals. Key Responsibilities You will manage the day-to-day Estate Agency business, working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services. You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people, enjoy dealing with them in a business context, and believe passionately in delivering superior customer service. You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities. Additional Responsibilities Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets. Setting and reviewing performance standards. Development of team members and implementing agreed business plans. Listing and selling properties. Maintain a compliant business. Compensation and Hours Basic salary up to £30,000 with on-target earnings of £70,000 to £80,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (one Saturday off a month).
