Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager

* Also being offered is an impressive basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
* In addition you will have the option of a company car or a £4,000 car allowance.
You will spend circa 3 to 6 months in a Floating Branch Manager role covering various offices in West and South Essex, working in conjunction with and covering for existing Branch Managers in their absence, along with driving listings in various offices. This will be with a view to taking the helm of your own office once available and will provide you with an excellent grounding within the company.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This is a great role to develop your management skills and help you move upwards on the career ladder.
