Drive valuations and listings and assist the Director with the running of the office. Grow volume of new sales business and income production to the branch. Appraisal and instruction of residential sales properties. Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division. Accountable for quality customer care. Meet and exceed targets. Register, qualify, and manage applicants. Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties. Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies. Develop the core business in the branch. Assist with the management of the team. Minimum Requirements:
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential. Compensation:
