Estate Agent Property Sales Negotiator
You will work in an office that has hit target this year and there is a distinct increase in brand visibility.
A high flying, talented Estate Agent Sales Negotiator is required for a high volume operation so if you are an existing Estate Agent we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the applicant base to match buyers with sellers and potential 'virtual sellers.
Drive and possess your own car.
Utilize the telephone as a primary selling tool.
Focus on the selling process to create income opportunities while fostering team spirit alongside personal success.
Compensation:
Basic salary up to £23,000 with on-target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000.
Commission structure: 10% on personal bankings plus an additional 5% bonus for hitting quarterly targets, paid quarterly.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm (one Saturday off a month).
