Estate Agent Sales Manager - Duties and Responsibilities: Actively pursue new business Analyze market and customer needs and sell to those needs Analyze marketing, set and implement plan together with Branch Manager to hit office valuation target Carry out valuations Assist Directors with staff development to maximize business opportunities Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries face to face / telephone and administration Maximize business by actioning website and Rightmove/Zoopla enquiries Ensure compliance with the Property Ombudsman code of practice Ensure compliance with Estate Agency legislation Drive lead generation through conveyancing, mortgage appointments and other third-party suppliers Provide updates to vendors and buyers
