Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency
Leamington Spa, Warwick & Stratford Upon Avon.
Self Employed.
55% commission paid on all sales.
Winner Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our clients' award-winning team in the heart of Leamington Spa.
You will be required to bring new properties onto the market in the area and build relationships with sellers/buyers.
You will have previous experience in working in an estate agency ideally within Leamington Spa, Stratford Upon Avon, or Warwick.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting property viewings
Gathering and providing feedback
Negotiating offers
After Sales updates
Managing a database of buyers
Nurturing vendors and providing regular updates and professional advice
Identifying new business opportunities with conversion into appointments
Producing creative property brochures
Creating social media content
Conducting proactive canvass campaigns
