Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/Valuer – Benefits
Circa £24k - £27k Basic Salary plus bonus - Up to £40k OTE Company pension scheme Mileage Parking on site / Parking permit
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/Valuer – Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries Book viewings using the company’s system Complete customer records and update records in the system Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs Encourage second viewings; offers etc. where appropriate Enter customer viewing feedback onto the system Market new stock on all available media channels Negotiate and agree buyer offers Maintain and manage accurate administrative records Generate new business using the database Viewings Valuations
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/Valuer – Experience Needed
Previous experience as a Negotiator is essential. You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills You will have solid IT skills You will be well spoken and well presented You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
