Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries Book viewings using the company’s system Complete customer records and update records in the system Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs Encourage second viewings and offers where appropriate Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system Market new stock on all available media channels Negotiate and agree buyer offers Maintain and manage accurate administrative records Generate new business using the database Viewings Valuations Previous experience as a Negotiator is essential Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills Solid IT skills Well spoken and well presented Excellent organisational skills with punctuality being of utmost importance
