You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator Preferably an experienced sales personAble to generate new business in a target driven environmentOutstanding customer care / customer service experienceResilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle John Francis Estate Agent has been serving the property needs of customers since 1873 and annually we sell more properties in the SA post code than any other agent.
