Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a hardworking Estate Manager to work alongside the Property and Deputy Property Managers to ensure that responsibilities as the Managing Agent are effectively discharged, estate-based personnel are managed and supervised, the estate is safe and well maintained, and leaseholder enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. You will be joining our Residential Property Management team based in Brentford. The Residential Property Management team oversees large, complex residential developments on behalf of Institutional Investors, Developers and Residents' Management Companies, providing comprehensive leasehold and block management services. Key Responsibilities: Undertake regular site inspections, complete reports covering observations and remedial works required. Instruct contractors for repair works and verify contractor work is completed to specification. Obtain quotes to make good and approval from insurance company to proceed. Assist in preparing periodic reports for review with senior management and support creation of estate updates for the client. Respond to leaseholder/resident enquiries by phone, email, and face-to-face. Arrange periodic Health and Safety assessments and inspections (e.g., lifts, plant, machinery, water and fire) and discharge any resulting actions. Key Requirements: Knowledge of general maintenance and Health & Safety requirements in a new build environment. Ability to resolve complaints effectively and within procedures. Friendly and helpful, polite and courteous, with a flexible approach. Proficient in Microsoft Packages. Can-do attitude.
