Acting as the primary contact for leaseholders, addressing their concerns, and fostering strong relationships. Day-to-Day Operations:
Handling the day-to-day management of the estate, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. Site Inspections:
Conducting regular site walks to identify and address maintenance and operational needs. Maintenance Coordination:
Overseeing contractors and ensuring timely resolution of minor repairs and maintenance issues. Compliance Support:
Assisting with adherence to health & safety and building compliance requirements, reporting issues to the Senior Property Manager. Team Collaboration:
Working closely with the onsite team and the Senior Property Manager to ensure the estate operates effectively. Communication:
Providing updates to leaseholders and assisting with notices, letters, and relevant administration. About You
