8:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday Weekend Duty Management on rotational basis 8:30am to 17:30pm with time in lieu taken Your main responsibilities will include: Understand and successfully lead the contract, whilst identifying opportunities for growth, development and exceeding expectations. Ensure compliance with operational KPI and SLAs, whilst delivering industry best practices and statutory obligations. Lead a one-team culture across cleaning and security, foster collaboration and joined up commitment to be best in class. Effective line management of Head of Security and Head of Cleaning, ensuring each has strategic priorities, performance targets, regular appraisals, and succession planning. Identify, drive and deliver commercial cost savings benefits, both for occupiers and Client. Clearly and appropriately escalate and communicate matters that could affect performance and reputation of the estate. Ensure that Health & Safety regulations and procedures are being followed and promoted, and that Health & Safety compliance is maintained at the highest possible levels. Undertake regular inspections of the estate, challenge standards and always look to achieve above and beyond on the estate look and feel. Plan, schedule and review workload and resource to ensure business objectives are being met on a cost-effective basis. Foster an environment where effective FM Security and Cleaning can be managed and developed, including performance, delivery, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, selection and training. Understand the requirements for an effective Security Strategy that balances emerging business priorities within an ever-changing security environment. Develop and promote the application of consistent security and cleaning standards that achieve a balance between delivering pragmatic and cost-effective security and cleaning whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience at the core of all we do. You should meet the following criteria: Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience within a FM/Soft Services/property & estates management. NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely. Significant and direct operational and stakeholder management experience within a complex customer facing environment. A demonstrable track record in driving security and cleaning innovation. Understanding of laws, regulations and guidelines within the Facilities Management industry. Strong confidence in self and ability to manage a challenging high footfall environment. Experience of leading a large, skilled service delivery team, bringing teams together collaboratively and achieving more. Managing a large P&L (10m+). Ability to create and lead a strong team environment across a large multiservice team (300+). Establish and maintain positive relations with customers and local stakeholders. Experience in negotiating and working with supply partners. Right to work in the UK.
