EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW The key objective for the role is to deliver efficiency in the managed estate operation and reduce risk for business objectives through expert analysis and advice on property management functions. Key Accountabilities: Research and analyse for Severn Trent Water and Hafren Dyfrdwr estates, focusing on commercial tenancies and head leases. Collaborate with asset class managers to understand liabilities and opportunities, providing up-to-date information for business decisions. Standardize lease and license approaches, working with internal teams, suppliers, and legal partners to improve efficiency. Organize, record, and forecast budget reports for both opex and capex. Manage capital works programs with contract suppliers, tracking activities, financials, and reporting. Assess the risk of lease events (key dates) against business objectives, advising on conflicts and opportunities. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE The right candidate will have experience in data analysis and report creation to drive business activities and inform decision-making. They will possess asset management experience and a strong background in developing business cases, understanding business drivers, and providing evidence to support objectives. You should be adept at managing change, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and identifying risks and opportunities to effectively manage the estate. Attention to detail, proficiency in data handling and reporting, and a curiosity to resolve issues are essential. As travel is required you’ll also be expected to hold a full U.K licence.
