The Role:
Conduct stock condition surveys, manage contractors, and raise work orders using Qube. Diagnose building defects, specify repairs, and oversee project management and quality assurance. Ensure health and safety compliance, provide estimates, and keep records up to date.
The Person: Working towards CIOB or RICS Membership. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CAD, Qube, and MS Project. Proven experience in managing and maintaining historic buildings.
