Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Estate Services Manager for a Housing Association based in Peterborough. This is a permanent position paying £49,751 - £51,001 per annum. The role: Lead a team of coordinators to ensure that successful grounds maintenance & cleaning services are effectively provided. Provide an aids and adaptations service to meet customers’ needs and to enable customers to continue to remain in their homes for as long as possible. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Monitor and manage budgets related to estate services, ensuring cost-effective operations. What you need: Experience of contract management, specifically in relation to grounds maintenance and cleaning services. To have a good understanding of varying forms and clauses within contractual documents to support effective contract management. Experience of service charge expenditure, costs recovery opportunities and the budget setting process.
