This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimating Manager to play a critical role in delivering projects that truly make a difference. Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed cost estimates for modular steel-framed projects across a range of industries. Leading and mentoring a team of estimators, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, production, and project management, to deliver competitive bids. Conducting risk assessments and identifying value engineering opportunities to ensure cost-effective delivery. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing and terms. Reviewing and improving estimating processes to align with industry standards and best practices. Ensuring all proposals and tenders are fully compliant with project and contractual requirements.

Qualifications:

A strong track record in cost estimation, ideally within modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or similar sectors. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively. A solid understanding of technical drawings and specifications, with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with cost estimation software and processes, with a proactive approach to process improvement. Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
