Are you a dynamic and driven Estimator with a passion for winning work and delivering results? My client is a specialist brickwork and blockwork company based in Enfield, looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help secure new opportunities that drive our growth and success. The company has a solid order book until the end of 2026, so they are looking for an Estimator to come onboard and ensure that the project pipeline is maintained moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and secure new brickwork and blockwork projects through tenders and direct client engagement. Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site visits. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the company is the go-to choice for future projects. Analyse project risks and opportunities, ensuring all estimates align with business objectives. Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for securing high-value contracts. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Estimator, within brickwork and blockwork is essential. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for winning work and growing the business. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing structures. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the energy and drive to go out and create opportunities. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant qualifications in Construction, Estimating, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
