£45,000 to £70,000 depending on experience Job Type:
Full-time, permanent position Start Date:
Immediate start for the right candidate Package includes: Competitive salary depending on experience. Car allowance. Annual salary and bi-yearly performance reviews. Annual bonus scheme based on company and performance. 25 days paid holiday in each calendar year plus Christmas shut down and the usual Bank and Public Holidays. Company mobile phone and laptop. We’re looking for someone that can pick up their own tenders straight away. We would consider people that are currently in junior estimating (or QS) roles that can demonstrate they are ready to jump into a full estimator position. The company is working on later living projects that are between £10M - £25M, ideally looking for someone that is confident that they could complete a tender of that nature. The candidate must have experience in main contractor (not housing) tendering, preferably in care homes but not essential.
