A leading groundworks subcontractor in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join their team. This subcontractor has established itself as the preferred choice for numerous high-profile clients, gaining recognition for excellence in both commercial and residential groundworks.
The successful candidate will benefit from growth opportunities and an appealing benefits package, including a tailored bonus scheme and car allowance. Turnover has now hit £40m, and our client is looking for a skilled Estimator to help facilitate their growth plans.
The role
Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, you will be collaborating with an experienced commercial team on diverse projects ranging from £500k to £15m in commercial and residential groundworks, as well as £250k to £1.5m in 278 works. This dynamic role promises a fast-paced work setting where each day brings new challenges and experiences. There is the opportunity for you to grow the Estimating department and be a big part of the company's continued success.

You will be an experienced groundworks Estimator. You will be an ambitious person who will be dedicated to helping the company grow.
Working hours: 7.30 am - 5 pm.
