They specialize in all aspects of Roofing and Cladding services to the Commercial Industries including schools, hospitals, listed buildings, and more. Due to their continued growth and development, they are looking to add a Roofing Estimator to their team. In this varied role, your time will be split between the office and sites around Manchester. You will be preparing bids and tenders largely for pitched and flat roofing projects, calculating labor and material costs, as well as pricing overall work. You will visit sites, conducting initial surveys and liaising with key clients. This role would suit an Estimator looking to gain specialist training, work on exciting projects, and be a part of a dedicated team. The Role: Attend site meetings as required, completing initial site surveys. Identify costs for materials, equipment, and labor. Prepare bids and tenders. The Person: Estimator experience in the Construction industry. Commutable to Salford, Media City, and sites around Manchester.
