The role As an Estimator, you will work closely with the Directors and Project Teams, leading the pricing of tenders and collaborating on preparing the Contractors Proposals. Using your effective communication and negotiation skills, you will liaise with diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships. With a keen eye for detail and sound cost and construction knowledge, you will provide competitive tenders to our clients with exciting value-engineered solutions. Desirable Experience Proficiency in construction cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information. Proficiency in construction cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
